    Peter was amazing and the food was to die for! We came for my birthday and everything exceeded expectations. The chef’s pasta dish with bison was phenomenal. Thank you for the recommendation. We brought two friends that had never been and I think they will be life long Bonge’s customers, just like me! Thanks for a great evening and a wonderfully memorable experience.

    We went to HC to celebrate a birthday. The staff was awesome and our server Jamie was beyond awesome. We were seated on the enclosed deck, the music was a little loud but Jamie had the volume adjusted to a more comfortable level. The atmosphere of HC Kitchen is elegant and was just great to celebrate. The food was excellent as well, we both had the filet with Horseradish mashed potatoes, preceded by Blistered Corn Bisque and my wife started with Liquid Love Affair in a martini glass and I enjoyed my favorite bourbon. For dessert we split a Cherry Bourbon Cobbler, a special not on the menu. The mood was so relaxed and our server so friendly and pleasant, it made our evening so enjoyable. HC is very close to our home, we are sure to be back and looking forward to dining on the deck in the summertime when we can enjoy the experience alfresco.
