Best American Restaurants in Goffstown

Cotton was all that the reviews have said...Great drinks and comfort meal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner from beginning to end. We decided to try evolution as it was new and also because of the proximity to the palace theater. The first thing that separates this restaurant is the ambience. This feels like a Boston or New York-esque style  ambience. We were greeted quickly and shown to our table. I think they had a nice range of options in their menus. We decided to try the short ribs poutine for an appetizer. This was by far one of the best appetizers we have had in a very long time. The gravy and the curds very much complemented each other without overpowering. My boyfriend got a glass of red wine and I got the Paloma. The Paloma was perfectly mixed very refreshing. For appetizers I got the Sunday chicken and my boyfriend got the fillet. Both proteins were cooked to perfection. The chicken skin had a nice crisp to it and brussels sprouts and carrots were great. The six hour potatoes were outstanding. I asked about “by six hours “, it’s a low slow, cook to break down the starch and made with clarified butter. The consistency was like no other. We were so stuffed we couldn’t have dessert, but the options looked wonderful. The design of the restaurant was well sought out. It was warm and elegant wherever you looked. The bathrooms were clean and modern in vibe. I also observed what seem to be a private enclosed dining room that seated up to a table of 10. Almost like it would be a chef’s special dinner room. All in all we are extremely impressed. Money very well spent. And we will definitely return.

Excellent food and service as usual! The nice weather allowed us to sit outside which is nice… love the planters/flowers!
