From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Thomas, was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel special throughout the evening. The food was exquisite—each dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the surf and turf. Overall, The Capital Grille exceeded our expectations, making my husband’s birthday unforgettable. Thank you, Thomas, for your exceptional service! A girlfriend of mine had given me a 50 gift certificate from there for my August birthday. So, with my adult son & his wife we 3 ate there on a foggy, gloomy Saturday night. My son & I can rarely resist the delicious pasta bolognese and his wife got the hangar steak special. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, our great service and our conversation. They had a Station coffee at the end which they loved and I got a cafe latte.
