Best American Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings are a must. The Mac n’ Cheese wasn’t very good in my opinion, it’s more dry than creamy/ cheesy. I also really liked the Thai Shrimp. Staff was very kind and welcoming. I’d recommend sharing 3 items for 2 people.

Can’t say enough about the service. 5 star. Food was amazing, decor was beautiful. Recommended.

We first enjoyed a tasty drink at the bar (Perfect Manhattan) then headed towards our table for the main meal. We decided to split the tableside chicken and smashed potato. The chicken tasted great and the toppings for the potato were fresh and tasty. We liked the tableside flair, a nice treat. Our servers worked very hard to make our experience good, they were friendly and attentive. The price is what you'd expect for a strip restaurant but we were able to use our Caesars Rewards celebration dinner and points to cover the charge at a 1:1 rate. A great experience and tasty meal!

Our waiter was a vibe! We had a great time and delicious food !! Such a fun night. We made reservation a month ago and still had to wait for an hour to be seated. Luckily we found a lounge next door that was amazing to have a cocktail while we waited :)

We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday. My wife had the 4 course tasting menu, while I had the pork noodles. Her beet salad (2nd dish) was terrific, and we both liked our noodles (she had tofu ramen). The pork belly that comes with the pork noodles was particularly good. Service was fast, and quite helpful. All in, very good meal.
