We were celebrating our anniversary (40) and we were surprised while being served dessert. Could not ask for a better way to celebrate. Many thanks to Tavern on the Green next trip to NY, we’ll be there for dinner 🍾🥂More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7
- SSharonVIPNew York City •34 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoA delightful evening. We met friends from Florida; otherwise, on a cold January night, we would not have traveled uptown for dinner, but from the warm welcome upon arriving, the terrific ambiance, and the delicious martini, we were so glad we did. The staff was more than efficient and friendly but professional. We were not rushed, and the manager checked in several times throughout our meal. The food was not spectacular, but it was good, with hearty portions and good value. We look forward to returning.More infoHoextersPrice: Very Expensive• American• Upper East Side•4.6

- RRobertVIPNew York City •38 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024We came at 7pm on a Friday (made a reservation) before the place got filled… and by 8pm is was hopping. From the look of it everyone was having a great time. It’s a cozy dark interior made to be more intimate than many brighter spots. Lots of “regulars.” Service was super attentive without being on top of you. Even the “bus boys” were gracious and concerned if you were enjoying everything. The food: Salads and soups were delicious, abundant and nicely presented. Bronzino and pasta were delicious (although the ravioli could have been warmer). All delicious. The point being: screw ordering in. Go out. Go to Sojour.More infoSojourn RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Upper East Side•4.3
