I am a wine club member and the staff there definitely take the time to know you. Last night, Manager Trisha took time out of a very busy night to go above and beyond to visit our table, have conversation and to make sure we were taken care of. Sophia, who is the server I always request was also managing the restaurant last night. This young lady made a point to consistently check on our table to ensure we were taken care of. She is one of the BEST servers/ manager in training I’ve ever had at CH. She is very personable, accommodating and quick! It is apparent that these ladies know how to provide excellent customer service and hospitality. I am nobody important in the grand scheme of things but these ladies and other staff sure make me feel like I’m a VIP!! Our server was very attentive and friendly. it was a special occassion and the Aurora made it special too. We will return again, and soon.
