- MMeiLondon •21 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHad an excellent lunch here today. Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Service by Sebastian was excellent. He was very friendly, attentive and helpful too. And always checking on us that everything was ok, as two other staff members did too, very nice, to make sure all is ok. The Winter Set Lunch Menu was absolutely delicious. There was a great choice of drinks available too. My partner had the lovely Malbec and I had the lovely ginger beer. For starters, my partner had the Prawn Chicharron and said it was very tasty. My medium rump beef for the main course was very succulent and tasty. Lovely chips to go with it, although my bowl of chips was slightly on the salty side for me, whereas my partner's bowl was not, so I wondered if the chef put double salt on my bowl in error. Despite that, we had the lovely chimichurri sauce to go with the meal and Sebastian even gave us a small jug of mushroom sauce to try as he said it was our first time visiting there, which was a lovely surprise and so nice and thoughtful! I had the Dulce De Leche Pancake for dessert. Oh my, this was so good, with lots of nuts and tasty banana split ice cream. Will definitely return, as the restaurant had a very nice ambiance too, and music was nice and quiet. Sebastian even joked with us and said we could come back tonight or tomorrow even. Such a lovely waiter.More infoGaucho - Covent GardenPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Covent Garden•4.3

- EEmilVIPTurkey •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024Such a nice place. The Interior is even prettier than in the photos. And the waiter was quite friendly and pleasant. The food was fancy and tasty. Prices are not extremely high. But it was difficult to find an entrance.More infoGaucho CityPrice: Expensive• Steak• Fenchurch Street•4.6
- HHowardLondon •39 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 10, 2024At The Bull, it’s all about the steak, and the steak is truly excellent. My ribeye was superb: top quality meat, perfectly seasoned and expertly cooked. My companion’s fillet was similarly impeccable. The dining room is cosy and welcoming, with the feel of a family-run operation. Wine choice is limited and pricey, although the silky-smooth house Malbec was admittedly delicious - and it needed to be, at £47 a bottle. Service was a bit sketchy (mains and sides for two arrived in three stages), but my five-star rating still stands, because at The Bull it’s all about the steak.More infoThe Bull Steak ExpertPrice: Very Expensive• Argentinean• Holborn•4.8
