- CCarrieWashington, D.C. Area •17 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother excellent experience. We had someone in our group that is gluten free. Staff did a great job answering questions and verifying the GF process. Pad see ew was excellent. Skewers were a hit, we had a variety of chicken, shrimp, and pork belly. Great spot at The Wharf before the theater.More infoKaliwaPrice: Moderate• Asian• Southwest Waterfront•3.5
- KKutoofWashington, D.C. Area •31 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA gem hidden away from the center of Old Town Alexandria. The ambiance is calm - my mom said, "the space and music makes me feel like I am about to get a facial or massage." Our waiter went through the menu page by page, sharing the most popular dishes and his own favorites. The food was spectacular. Delicious and flavorful. The Ube Rose sticky rose was delicious, the chicken bao buns are perfectly crispy and rather large. I never knew cucumbers could taste so delicious until we tried the little 4 cucumbers. And of course the noodles are fresh with light broths and a ton of veggies. I will definitely be going back!More infoYunnan By Potomac Noodle HousePrice: Moderate• Asian• Alexandria•4.8
- TTammyWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024Waited 8 years for this! Totally worth it and nothing else like it here in the States. Lived and worked in UK in early 2000s and would eat here a few times a week! Fresh pressed/squeezed juices...nothing out of a carton here. Amazing flavors in every dish. Our server Bandit knows the menu and will guide you. The Tokyo sweet potato fries have juicy, tender steak. Our guest had the vegan Tokyo fries and said it was the best 'fake meat' dish ever. She (and I stole a bite too) also enjoyed her miso glazed cod over green tea noodles, my 8-yr-old picky eater son is a fan of the chicken gyoza ramen and declared it the best restaurant ever for food, server, decorations and music lol. I enjoyed the panko-breaded vegetarian (sweet potato and eggplant) curry. They have a promo for New Year's...4 plates and 4 drinks for $30 per person (3-6 pm I think; possibly bar only, but still... right?). UK owner/CEO visited restaurant this week and there's thoughts of opening in Reston Town Center, maybe Mosaic, but just some table-side gossip, so need fact-checking. I think they are in NYC already...maybe Houston? Either way, visit soon. You won't regret it and it will soon be part of your regular rotation. We did cheesecake and illy coffee across the street at the Cheesecake Factory for dessert, though I'm sure it would be fabulous at Wagamama's too. Please visit soon so we can keep this UK gem here!More infoWagamama ClarendonPrice: Expensive• Asian• Arlington•4.2

Drinks on point as well. Service very friendly and food came out quickly too. All around checks the boxes.
