Best Asian Restaurants in North Highlands

We come here once a week because the food soooo good. We tried almost everything on the menu and they are good but we have some favorites like beef chow fun, shrimp and scallop dumplings, wonton soup

Had a fabulous pre-Valentine's Day dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the Tomato Gorgonzola Soup, Beef Shortribs, Seafood Risotto, and Lemon Cake. The service was stellar, as well. And they even had wine from one of my favorite local wineries, Dono dal Cielo. Definitely going back soon!

Outstanding service. Had two additional guests and the hostess got us in and from there on, service was excellence. One guest was first time there, and he walked away raving about quality of food and he loved hearing the history of the restaurant as a state government institution.

My husband took me to PF Chang’s for my birthday dinner. It was so fun and delicious. We had a delightful server named Destiny. She was great, checked on us often. I started with their new February cocktail, the Cherry Blossom Martini. It was such a pretty pink color and so yummy. Gin, elderflower, strawberry, pineapple and lemon with 2 cherries. Then we shared an appetizer of Chang’s famous Chicken Lettuce Wraps. The flavor of the ground chicken with onions, water chestnuts and secret sauces is so good. Next we shared pork egg rolls which were also delicious. We each chose an entree - he chose Crispy Honey Shrimp. They were coated with a puffy batter, tangy honey sauce and served on fried rice noodles. The shrimp were so tender - really good. I chose Chang’s Spicy Chicken - lightly battered bite-sized pieces with a sweet spicy chili sauce. I was in heaven, it was so good. We had some white rice too. Then for dessert, I ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate - 6 layers of chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and semisweet chocolate chips. And Destiny served it with an empty wine bottle with a small firework flare attached. It was so cute! By then, we were so satisfyingly full, we only ate a third of it. We took the rest of the cake home ( we’d finished the rest of our dinner), and vowed to come back.

Outstanding sushi! Best sushi place in town. It far outpaces Mikuni's and the like... Philippe & Gaby
