Guiding guests with selections are Scotch Library Ambassadors, who are experts in the area of single malt and blend whiskies from Scotland. On Friday evenings at 6:00 p.m., the Resort hosts “An Evening of Scotches,” a tasting event featuring three selections of Scotch Whisky, priced at $65++ per person. Guests learn the unique aspects of various whiskies of Scotland and how to best enjoy the "water of life." Reservations are required and space is very limited.
