Shraga was our server and was excellent! Great food, service and ambiance!

Staff was top notch from the hosts who were able to get merge some tables for my large party to the wait stuff who accommodate seven hangry kids and an egg allergy. Burgers, chicken sandies and apps were as good as the original Loop location.

Good price for Happy Hour time. Service is nice but they slow. When order com out it’s come 1 by 1 even we order dinner set.

We came to the restaurant today for Christmas Dinner. My son has Autism and he freaked out because he doesn't like candles and we forgot to check for them beforehand. He ran out at top speed (after he wrangled out of his shirt) and my husband got to him in the vestibule. The manager, nice looking man with glasses, came out immediately to see how he could help. We chatted and came up with a plan and he was so kind and helpful. We got my son back into the restaurant and thanks to him, we were able to enjoy a Christmas dinner. The manager continued to check on us throughout the meal and even said it "made his night" to see us having dinner. I hope he knew it made our night too and we are forever thankful to him for having compassion for our situation and making the best of it. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. My husband loved the ribs, my filet was a little tough, but still enjoyable. The large kids menu is amazing. Thank you to our Christmas Day angel at Weber Grill!!

Ariel was a great server. Overall we loved the soul rolls. fried pickles, fried fish/chicken/shrimp platter, the turkey tips and links, greens, mac n cheese, and baked beans. The drinks were great too the only complaint would be our grilled 1/2 bbq chicken was very dry.
