- RRichardNewcastle and Northumberland •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoA lovely location with very friendly staff. The food was superb with a great menu, offering something for everyone. I noticed there is a gluten free option for nearly all the items on the menu, along with excellent allergy information. All in all, a wonderful experience... and those views are legendary...More infoThe Barrel InnPrice: Moderate• British• Hope Valley•4.8
- AAndrewManchester/Greater Manchester •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had booked here for Christmas date night before going see Wicked at the Cinema, booking was very easy through the OpenTable app. The restaurant called a few days earlier to check our booking needs and I’d said then I wanted a romantic table. We checked in at the main door and asked to place our coats in the cloak room( which was professionally managed ), the elevator was express to the 20th floor and the moment you exited, you was met by the beautiful ambience of the bar and restaurant. We were sat next to the window ( as requested ) and had a perfect view of the city Ordering was straight forward and simple, food arrived promptly and perfectly dressed The whole was just perfect Absolutely 10/10 for the whole experienceMore info20 Stories RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• British• Manchester•4.4

Chicken skewers, venison tartar, salt and pepper squid, fillet steak, turkey, sirloin, pedang duck, all amazing, with excellent service and drinks. - IIanYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024Our third visit having previously tried a breakfast and evening meal we opted for lunch. We had two battered fish sandwiches, ham hock and a Christmas Caesar sandwich all served with a side of fries. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I had the latter. My turkey was hot, tender and not dry, delicious. A nice proportion of Caesar salad to bread ratio on a lightly toasted roll with an accompanying side of crunchy fries. With 3 breakfast teas and an americano coffee the bill for four was a little over £58. Given the quality on offer I would advise booking as not surprisingly we only just got a table at 1pm.
