- AAllanBirmingham/West Midlands (county) •12 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was excellent, we went thru 3 different bottles of red wine because we ordered the last bottle of each chosen wine, they did give us a small discount against the 3rd bottle.More infoRestaurant at The WoodsPrice: Expensive• British• Birmingham•3.9
- DDavidLondon •7 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHad the 9 course taster menu. Each course was excellent, although it was funny that dashi featured in the first three courses. It didn’t matter and we would have gladly drunk gallons. The only picky point was that I told them I am gluten intolerant on the booking and when we arrived, but still got given multiple courses with gluten ingredients. If I had assumed that they were correct, it could have been messy.More infoDarleys RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Derby•4.5
- CChristopherVIPWorcestershire •69 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoA good friend travelled many miles to meet me. I chose the Ivy as I have been going there ever since it opened in Birmingham and eat in the many Ivy restaurants in London and elsewhere. I trust the menu and the wine list. Today the only things that went wrong were a polite request for the table I usually get or the second best table ( in my opinion). Yet having booked several weeks ago both were taken. When were they booked? Secondly the double espresso arrived cold. It was unlike the Ivy to do that. I have known all the previous managers but not the present one. I must introduce myself at my next visit.More infoThe Ivy Temple RowPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Birmingham•4.4

The food came out quickly and was delicious, everyone loved their meal. The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful.
