Best Burgers Restaurants in Matteson

Server was amazing, very attentive without hovering; bus service / water refills were wonderful; shareables were tasty; happy hour ambience was fun! Looking forward to trying full dinners on next visit. Only negative was our six-top round was all the way in back of bar next to kitchen so restaurant personnel knocked into our chairs throughout our stay…we had reservation and place was empty when we were seated (just before 5 o’clock crowd) so they could have put our party in a more appropriate space for our size.

We love dining at The Smith when we visit Chicago! They make us feel so welcomed and the service is always top notch. We've had five-star experiences with Nick, Coco, and Lindsey. Even the gentlemen who bus the tables are swift and thorough! The Smith really has it all - I've never had a bad dish there. Love the brick chicken, shishitos, and truffle arancini balls! Love their on tap old fashioned - the flavors are spot on. Bring back those pool party cocktails for summertime and we are golden! Thank you to the rockstar staff at The Smith for making us feel at home!

The experience was awesome. The burgers and shakes were delicious. Service was great! Staff was helpful with suggestions about nearby parking. We will definitely come back again.

The food is great, but I wished they offered more options. They need to offer a variety of different options. Otherwise the food is great.
