We were so comfortable and it was ideal for our party. Steaks were fantastic and cooked exactly to our order. We even had desserts (which we might not normally do) because there was a great choice and we were happy to stay and keep enjoying our visit. Dessert was delicious and the wine was very good. Service was excellent, no rushing and very efficient. Food was good, but the kitchen couldn't cope with the amount of orders so closed for 45 minutes to catch up. Initially when I arrived it was very busy and was told to go downstairs as more seating but when we went downstairs, there was no one there but after 10 mins, the host said if we wanted to go upstairs to eat as less people were there now, we said yes and made our way upstairs. There was a bit of a issue with the paying as we wanted to split some items but couldn't as they were using a tablet system that only states splitting all items or split the bill so in the end we just split the bill.
