- LLawrenceVirginia •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoJulii is a real gem! The interior is wonderful with much natural lighting. The music was mostly jazz and very relaxing. Not too loud. I started with the Alsacian tartine. The portion was generous and the cheese and fruit (apple?) went well together. Delicious. For my entree, I ordered the lamb tajine and it was delicious with many layers of flavor: apricots, couscous, pine nuts, goat cheese, succulent lamb. The portion was generous and I had to bring some of it home. Our server, Grace, was wonderful. She checked on us at least a couple of times. Service was fast and courteous. I’ll be back to try more of the items on the menu! Overall, my experience was very positive.More infoJuliiPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• North Bethesda•4.8

- CCourtneyGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIt's Restaurant Week in Alexandria, and we always love Josephine! This was my first time dining since I was diagnosed with Celiac last year, but I have heard so many great things. Daisha was our server, and she was amazing. She had a special gluten free menu for me, and told me anything on the restaurant week menu and GF menu could be done. There were loads of choices, and I did not feel left out in any way from the others in my group. They have GF bread, and it was delicious!!! I ordered the french onion soup (minus the crouton) the duck confit and the creme brûlée. The food was outstanding, and they made a note of confirming each dish was GF when it was brought out. A really great experience, and I can't wait to go back!More infoJosephine - Old TownPrice: Expensive• French• Alexandria•4.7
