- SSabrinaCalgary / Southern Alberta •13 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur waitress Jessica was AMAZING!!! The food was really good but I thought the carrots were a bit too sweet for my liking. The pancake was so dense fluffy and buttery, the cucumber salad was one of my favorite veggie dishes. The potatoes were good but we didn’t taste any jalapeño. Overall great experience!More infoTen Foot HenryPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Calgary•4.8
- GGabrielleGold Coast •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe were travel weary and wanted a good brunch before an afternoon snooze. Google pointed us to River Cafe and to our delight, it was perfect in every way. The views outside, the ambience, the staff, the food = perfection. The only thing that would bring me back to Calgary (sorry, Calgary) is the thought of another meal at River Cafe.More infoRiver CaféPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Calgary•4.6
- PPriscillaCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had the Yuletide lunch menu which was wonderful. The taste, presentation, and quality were first rate. Our server, Julie, was extremely pleasant and attentive while the Hawthorn Dining Room exceeded our expectations. We will be returning in future for other meals.More infoHawthorn Dining Room and BarPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Calgary•4.5
- DDaveCalgary / Southern Alberta •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 18, 2024We had not been in since they renovated about 6 months ago. Very welcoming interior, well designed to break up noise. A mix of booths, tables, and bar seating. The chairs all have well padded seats. A nice repreive from the many places with minimalist metal/wood furniture. Our group of 4 all ordered different items off the happy hour and regular menu. The kitchen got them out quickly and they were all very tasty. Good value on the Happy Hour and Regular menu. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we stayed for "Trivia Night" which was well orchestrated and a lot of fun. Not as noisy as Earl's up the street and a better standard of servers.More infoBlowers & Grafton - MissionPrice: Moderate• Canadian• Calgary•4.4
- GGeorgeVIPLas Vegas •66 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 18, 2024It was our third visit this year and each time is a fantastic experience. The hand rolled pasta was simple but delicious. The burger makes you feel like you're eating a juicy steak with groceries. The salmon was the best I've had in the city. My wife loved the chicken breast. Great value for money, too. My only constructive criticism would be to have fries available (rather than chips) with the burger.More infoKlein / HarrisPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Calgary•4.8
