Best Caribbean Restaurants in Roncesvalles

It was so fun! Service was fun, but bartenders were miserable.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Miss Likklemore’s! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff truly made the evening special. The hostess was especially lovely – so genuine and attentive, even taking the time to check in on us multiple times despite the restaurant being quite busy. The food was nearly excellent. The coconut rice was absolutely delightful, but I found the codfish cakes needed a bit more seasoning and codfish for my taste. It would also be great to see more side dish options on the menu. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the experience was lovely. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great night out.

Great food and drinks. The flavours were amazing … especially those of the small plates. The cornbread, chicken wings and tiger shrimp were my favourite, especially paired with their signature cocktails. Try them, you won’t be disappointed. Menu staples which should always remain! I’ll be back :)

Seems Chubby’s has modified their menu since last time I was here in 2023. I definitely like today’s menu. Best fried okra I’ve ever had. Jerk chicken, especially the wings are delicious as well as the plantain chips n dip. Probably won’t order the ackee & salt fish appetizer again though. I love ackee but the bread they used was either stale or over baked as it was difficult to chew. Soursop drink was so good. Carrot cake was delicious but so small (price doesn’t justify). Raisin rum bread pudding 8/10. Would like to come back here for the fried okra!

Great experience at Scott Hill, the food was delicious and the service and atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended.
