Best Caribbean Restaurants in West Newton

We had a very enjoyable evening. There was live music which was excellent. The garlic French fries were delicious. We shared a quinoa, chickpea salad which was flavorful. I had plantain tacos which are a signature item, the others had Rasta pasta and grilled shrimp. All the meals were beautifully presented and full of flavor. Highly recommend Orchid 7.

Had brunch with friends. The restaurant has a nice ambiance..soft lighting, exposed brick, wood floors. The service was excellent as was the foid. I had the smoke salmon avocado toast which was delicious. My friends had veggie omelette, crabmeat hash, prosciutto benedict and coco pancakes. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The cocktails were great too. I highly recommend Estella.

As always, the food, service, cocktails, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We are always welcomed by all the staff and we are never disappointed.

A great find - an odd location down a quiet street in Watertown but glad to have found it. Decor was bright and warm - perfect for a chilly winter night. We split the Mediterranean mezze plate and also tried the plantain appetizer - both were fantastic. Very different styles of food (Caribbean and Mediterranean) but everything was delicious. Service was so warm and welcoming. Definitely will be back!
