Love relaxing in bar area over food and drinks. Such a terrific Guinness pour, delectable burgers, truffle fries. So yummy. Service was good this time. They need consistency. Never know what you’re going to get. Food was very good. Cornbread needs work and the short ribs were less than lukewarm warm. Probably sitting waiting on fried chicken as that was piping hot.

The experience was delightful! The music was very lively and eccentric. I took my boyfriend here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and I can say that this is the experience of a lifetime! The servers are very sweet and although the food is a bit on the pricy side, it is cheaper than other restaurants or places and the food is worth every penny! I would love to come back here as the performers and scenery is top notch! Would recommend to any jazz lovers! :)

My wife and I had a quick getaway to Chicago for her birthday. OpenTable booking made it simple to make reservations and any changes. Heads-up, parking will be a challenge so I recommend using valet! Make a reservation ahead of time to guarantee seating. The staff were very great at anticipating the wait time and so we did for 30 min since we arrived earlier. We were seated at the chef’s table which neither of us expected, and was a treat to experience. My wife enjoyed every bit of the good chaos in the kitchen and watching Ted & Kishaun (apologies for typo), prep the food with passion. Service was great all the way around and all the staff were attentive - kudos! The food, this is by far the highlight of the night and the trip! Flavor at its fullest and the portions are ample for two. We had the best empanadas to date, the skirt steak was a hit, and the pork belly was delish. Wrap dinner with apple pie is a a treat on its own. Thank you for making our trip and birthday celebration a memorable one.

We dined on a Monday night; 1/2 priced bottles of wine… need I say more?! We shared the Peking duck for 2 and, and, sat at the very small and cozy bar. The Duck was so flavorful and cooked to perfection, we had the seasonal squash soup; which is just spicy enough to be interesting and satisfying but, not so much that it overwhelms- the service is quick and efficient and the room is small and charming- the best French bistro in Chicago!
