He was very attentive, explained everything and was a very energetic person making the experience enjoyable. We also met the owner, Vic who happened to be next to us with a couple originally from Brooklyn. He introduced himself and welcomed us to the restaurant and we had a nice conversation with him throughout the night. By the way the couple from Brooklyn were also great people! We had the baked clams as an appetizer and my wife had the Halibut and I had the Pappardelle with a lamb ragu. All we can say is it was outstanding! We were a party of 6 and we all loved our delicious meals! We have always enjoyed eating there and now it is even better!!! It is simply the best!!! Chef is outstanding as well as everyone who works there! Highly recommend the Pearl Restaurant at the Oyster Point!
