Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Castle Pines

Happened to be Denver restaurant week and their offering was excellent. Very much enjoyed the ambiance, the staff was very attentive, and the food was outstanding!

This is a nice, if not really large, hotel restaurant. It's a little cold as any giant hotel lobby restaurant might be, which just what it is, being inside the Hyatt Regency. But they do a nice job. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a hamburger which was sadly overcooked but still tasty, chicken and waffles which were great, and brussels sprouts which were good. Overall, about as expected but if you're looking for something more like an intimate restaurant with local vibe, I'd say it might not be top of your list. But highly recommend if you're meeting a group of friends and need room to spread out--the service was great.
