Gracie (apologies if I've misspelled her name) is awesome!!! The food was very good. We started with the prosciutto and burrata appetizer which was excellent. We loved how thinly the prosciutto was sliced. Our mains were the salmon and the wood rotisserie chicken. I think I got the better main (salmon); it was fresh and cooked perfectly. We finished this off with the key lime pie and coffee. The coffee was excellent and although the pie crust was very good, the filling was a bit too tart for my taste. We should have gone with Gracie's recommendation. As everything she recommended was excellent, including her wine choice for my salmon. The entire staff from the hosts to the busers were efficient, welcoming, and kind. I am so impressed by the team you have in place. I would like to see this place get Casa Azul, Plata, and class Azul reposado I went in this evening. They did not have any. They only had the class a school of varietals that were $100 a shot and $400 a shot. But they did not have the Plama or the reposado. I was disappointed and I had to drink Johnny Walker black. I do decide restaurants based on what they have at the bar and I would like to be back if they were to remedy this. I also do a lot of outings on a personal and professional level.
