I am not a person who feels the cold- but I was cold! Which means the people I invited for a business holiday lunch were extremely cold. Food was good but the wait was lengthy. We asked for indoor seating-had we known that indoor included tent seating in 19 degree weather we would have been more specific.More infoBlue Bell InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Blue Bell•4.7
- IIanVIPNew York City •445 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe really enjoyed our dinner at the Joseph Ambler Inn. The butternut squash soup and shrimp cocktail appetizers were absolutely delicious. Not to be out done by the scallops and Chilean Seabass entrées which were just out of this world. The butter cake, flan and chocolate ice cream were a perfect ending to an absolutely "top-notch" dinner – kudos to the chef! What really made our dinner fun and even more enjoyable was our awesome server Tina. She had a smile that would light up a room and she kept us entertained all evening long with her phenomenal sense of humor. Thank you for an awesome evening Tina !!!More infoJoseph Ambler InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• North Wales•4.7

The service and pacing of the meal make this place shine - it is so relaxing to dine here! The staff keep glasses full. The pacing of the meal is excellent - they leave plenty of time for each dish to shine. Tables are spaced out nicely as well, further contributing to a relaxed dining experience. We had a 5:45 res on a Saturday night and stayed for about 2 hours as a party of 2 ordering apps, drinks & entrees. For a ladies night out, we tried the bread, swordfish crudo, Caesar salad & swordfish Milanese. Each course surpassed our expectations. The caesar salad was HUGE and delicious - definitely something you could split as a large side for 2 or a small side for 4. Excellent wine and cocktail selection as well. They also had some mocktails on the menu that looked tasty. Absolutely thrilled! Would return for a celebrationMore infoLittle WaterPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Center City•4.6
