Excellently prepared cuisine with perfection of seasoning.

Raymond was great and attentive. Food came quickly and we were pleasantly surprised at the price for being a "downtown" venue.

We enjoyed all of our dishes, the beef was slightly bland but we finished all our choices.

The appetizers, crispy tuna and smoked oysters were excellent. The oysters were served with the smoke still under the serving cover. The sticky lamb chops were the best lamb chops we ever had. The king crab and truffle fried rice was special. The only disappointment was their signature crispy duck. The skin was great, but the inside was a little overcooked and dry.

The food at Jade 16 was so delicious. Great selection, flavorful dishes, and outstanding value. The only issue was that the server did not come often to check on drinks, etc. and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!
