Best Contemporary British Restaurants in Hunsdon

Have been to restaurant a number of times. Lunch menu excellent value . Good food, friendly service . Pleasant interior , high ceilings . My friend who went for first time liked it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Bistro Freddie, flavourful cooking done really well. Service team were also wonderful with a warm lively atmosphere.

Everything is about this place is good. We love the ambience and the staff are outstanding - friendly, attentive, perfect! A lovely place to meet up with friends. The food was good (3 of us had the flat-iron steak and chips - both delicious) and there was a set vegetarian menu. It is nice and quiet so good for chatting. I would strongly recommend.

Our server (guy with dark hair, sorry didn’t get his name) was absolutely brilliant. We were 6 loud people and he got us to listen in such a lovely, tactful way we didn’t feel interrupted. He marshalled our order as people changed their minds and totally made the evening. I hope the Ivy sees this and can reward him as he was fantastic
