Best Contemporary British Restaurants in Sale

Excellent experiences overall. Food was good but value is a little off.

Hispi is our favourite restaurant so we were delighted to get in early enough to book a table for Christmas Day. We knew it would be excellent, but the team delivered beyond our expectations and the whole experience could not have been better. There was a lovely atmosphere, and although the restaurant was full the staff succeeded in timing everything to absolute perfection. Having been asked to choose from the menu in advance, it was nice to have the option to change our minds on the day (which we didn't). There were fresh flowers and crackers on the table, and the Christmas card was a lovely touch; these details, together with the minimal but tasteful decorations, were just enough to mark the festive occasion without going over the top. The meal itself was a culinary delight from start to finish, and the only problem with the menu options was that we'd happily have had all of them!

Good value for food, pleasant staff . Would go again

Staff were amazing. Waiter was superb with our 15 month old and the doorman was super polite. Love this place.

Lovely restaurant hidden in away. Our server was outstanding and the food was incredible. Will be coming back!
