They were very accommodating for modifying the dish for no dairy..even suggesting an alternate sauce etc. Incredible. Really put us first. I had the sablefish…absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. We were told that we had the table for two hours but even though we were over…no one rushed us. Outstanding. Thank you!!!More infoBoom + BattenPrice: Expensive• Northwest• Victoria•4.6

- AAveryWarwickshire •1 review4.0Dined on Nov 13, 2024Overall the food was very good, I had the salmon and scallops which was delicious but a fairly small portion considering its $44 price tag. My wife had the linguini which was according to her, very good, and was a much better sized portion, we even had some leftover to take home. We started with the grilled flatbread which was yummy, but not very serviceable as a flatbread. We ate ours with knife and fork, it was impossible to pick up without losing all the contents. Cheesecake for dessert was good, and all the drinks we had were delicious. Our server was polite and attentive, but not terribly personable.More infoFire + Water Restaurant at the Victoria MarriottPrice: Moderate
