Best Contemporary Indian Restaurants in Leaside

The presentation and the tastes of the dishes we ordered were amazing especially the veg thali starter and non veg thali starter.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khazana by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The 4-course tasting menu was a true highlight, offering a wonderful variety of new dishes that showcase the creativity and depth of flavors Chef Kapoor is known for. Each course was a delightful surprise, with expertly balanced spices and fresh ingredients that left a lasting impression. The newly launched menu brought an exciting twist to traditional Indian cuisine, blending innovative techniques with authentic flavors. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. I had a fantastic time and can't wait to return to explore more of what Khazana has to offer. Highly recommended!

Most of our dishes were quite good, except the lentil appetizer which was served cold and tasted like stale bread. Service was friendly but they literally kicked us out of the restaurant at 10pm sharp (turned off the music, brightened the lights and said " we are closed". I mean, I appreciate the staff wants to go home. But it was a bit sudden and dramatic!

Delicious food. Tasty drinks. It was my 3rd time visiting and it didn't disappoint! We keep bringing different friends to share in the deliciousness.

Food is overall amazing, we tasted around 6 dishes on the menu and they were all equally good. A bit on the pricier side but portions match the price and we were full and happy at the end. Service is impeccable too and we liked how quiet the restaurant was. Only downside would be the decor that although intimate feels a bit bland and uninspiring. But food comes first and that was a great experience.
