Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Skokie

Great fresh pasta, but the overall taste was missing something. Dessert was very tasty. Service was polite and attentive.

If I could give Mano a Mano 6 stars I would! This restaurant understands food, of course, but what keeps us coming back is the personal service — we feel like VIPs every time we go, and they are so good at it, I bet everyone feels this way.

Excellent pizza. Meatballs and salad were also very good! Can’t wait to go back when they have a liquor license.

Been back about 4 times in last 6 weeks. This time out with my golf buddies. We had a great time. Owner greeted me and showed me to our table. She and her co owner husband are very engaging. Food is very good (same chef as Next Door). Service keeps getting better. It’s becoming our “Go To” place just like its predecessor.

Went to celebrate closing on our new house. Tasty seasonal martinis. We had baked clams. Salmon arrostì and Walleye arrostì . Both delicious. Pistachio cheesecake for dessert. A winner. It was crowded for a Tuesday night so a little noisy. Seasonal merriment.
