We have been dining at Copley’s for almost 20 years and the consistency of service and food is unmatched in Palm Springs. We love the vibe and our server Grace was exceptional. Breakfast at Spencer’s has, for many years, been an all-time favorite treat. The staff, and especially the floor manager Lillian, are the friendliest and most dedicated group of servers anywhere in Palm Springs. The food is consistently, perfectly prepared and quickly arrives after ordering. Dining on the upper patio is a morning treat as the sun filters through and keeps it warm on crisp, winter mornings.

Johannes is an institution worthy of its storied reputation based on a continued excellent food and superb service. We went for Valentine's Day dinner and were pleased on all counts.

WOW! Didn’t disappoint! The double cut pork chop was amazingly tender and delicious. The short ribs were also extremely flavorful. Dodi, of course, is the ultimate hostess with a delightful staff. They all made us feel quite special on our anniversary!
