We had a great time at the jazz brunch. The wait staff attended to all of our needs. My wife and I ate different fish dishes. Each was prepared and presented beautifully. The jazz combo was a delight. When they asked for requests, my wife responded, “play something you like that you don’t get asked to play very often”. They responded with Brubeck’s “Take Five”. The meal ended with a tasty chocolate pecan tart that almost as satisfying at the great music. This is what a fine dining treat should be.

Always a pleasure eating at Tujague’s. The food is fresh and tasty and follows the Louisiana tradition of cooking. Especially delicious was the fish entree. It’s also remarkable that they generate a value priced wine list that is comprehensive and recognizable.

We came for Valentine’s Day and had a lovely time, as usual. We did not order the prix fixe dinner but instead ordered off the regular menu. My husband had gumbo, and the red fish, and a side of fried Brussels sprouts. I had the starter raviolo as my main with a side of charred green beans. Delicious! Thank you, Atchafalaya, for another wonderful evening.

This restaurant has it all—amazing live musicians that set the perfect mood with 50s-style outfits and delightful tunes, creating an atmosphere that takes you back in time. The tile floors, mirrored glass bar, and details beyond details make this an incredible delight for ambience! The drinks were exceptional, with a Bloody Mary bar and champagne cart adding extra flair to the experience. But the true showstopper was the flaming espresso martini cart—it was simply unforgettable! Our server, Michael, was an absolute gem. He anticipated every need with professionalism and warmth, making the entire experience seamless and special. Ironically, we come for GALentine’s weekend every year, and Michael has been our server annually! And the food—wow! Every dish was out of this world (sweet potato brioche with sugar cane butter, blue crab au gratin and house-made crackers, ham and beignet board), leaving us craving more. From start to finish, the attention to detail and top-tier service made this one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. So much so that we come back every year! Highly, highly recommend!
