Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Bennett

My birthday is Christmas Day so we celebrated here the day after. Our server was very nice. We both enjoyed the three course meal. We even received complementary bubbles from my birthday. Was a nice evening.

Dining at the Populus Hotel was a unique experience from the mushroom “leather” sheets hanging above the bar to the ambience forest sounds playing in the elevator. the food was incredibly delicious and the personnel were very friendly but authentic in their manner of serving. I was fascinated watching the actual hotel guests walk in and out. It was a hotel filled with interesting people. We had appetizers and drinks below at Pasque and then went to the other restaurant, Stellar Jay on the roof and continued our dinner. The food in both places was excellent, the wood smoked quality that many restaurants boast about in Denver was better actualizad at these two restaurants and gave the restaurants a welcoming sweet Smokey smell. I even loved the staff uniforms.

It becomes one of my top 3 favorite restaurants now. Absolutely lovely.

Wow, that was an amazing meal! There wasn't any dish served less than perfect, and such unique flavors. The atmosphere was relaxed and parking was easy. We will definitely be back.

True food never disappoints, and this experience was no exception. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and came out so fast! Our server Jesse was delightful, personable and made our experience even better:) True food is always at the top of our list when dining in Denver for any occasion.
