The ingredients were sooo fresh and the combination of flavors were wonderful. The ceviche had many surprising ingredients, and all went well together. The salad had a slice of toast at the bottom which enhance the flavors. We followed with the Niman Ranch Babette and the red fish and decided to share both, and honestly the stake was prepared to perfection !! The fish was absolutely delish with a crust that sealed the juiciness of the fish. For dessert we had the chocolate cake, and the combination of candied pecans with blackberries, chocolate cake and chocolate muse were just the icing on the cake. We travel quite a bit and have tried mayny places, this place absolutely deserves 5 stars. The ambiance was perfect, no noise and the service was wonderful.More infoHildee's on the SquarePrice: Expensive• American• Wimberley•4.5

We ordered the fried green tomatoes which were great as was the aioli. Perfect amount of lemon and heat. The Mac n cheese is to die for! It’s perfect. The steak and frites were also superb, but honestly the fries were only okay. The whiskey selection is of course fantastic and plentiful. My partner doesn’t really like whiskey and had a whiskey cocktail that was enjoyable (Bohemian Raspberry) and there are a lot of other beverages to choose from that don’t have whiskey in them. The noise level was surprisingly low from 3:00-5:00 even while being pretty steady. 100% will go back! Thank you Chef Josh for the dessert! It was perfect and I understand why it’s the only dessert option. It’s all you need!More infoWhiskey Cake - Round RockPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Round Rock•4.7

When I need a personal pick me up, brunch with friends or brunch with my finance, Josephine’s is always my top pick. Their food is always top tier and they have the most beautiful people on their team. 10/10 recommended.More infoJosephine HousePrice: Expensive• American• Central Austin•4.8

- KKandyAustin •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe went for a Galentine‘s but the service really put a damper on our evening. The restaurant is small and somewhat dark, the noise level is medium so it’s great for conversation amongst friends or an intimate dinner. We had the bucatini, which was excellent. The pizza was very good as well with a crispy crust. We also ordered the shoulder, which I don’t know if I would recommend. Th ricotta whip and the short rib appetizer, both excellent. Small plates, good price point, good for sharing. The service was the only poor part of this experience. The waiter was rushing, kept asking to remove plates while we were still eating. Tossed the dessert menu apparently annoyed. Either bad day for waiter or this is their culture to rush.More infoInteroPrice: Expensive• Italian• East Austin•4.8
