- MDMattDLondon •6 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 2, 2024My brother and I took my Dad out for a birthday lunch. We had to reschedule to meet in Reading last minute and Cote had availability. We arrived at 1.30pm and got given a choice of tables, we chose a lovely round table by the window and had such a lovely lunch. The service was immaculate, really attentive without being too much, food was delicious and delivered in good time but not too quick, and the ambiance was excellence. The maitre d’ clearly took pride in running a slick service and really couldn’t have asked for more! Fantastic, thank you.More infoCôte Brasserie - ReadingPrice: Moderate• French• Reading•4.6

- OTOpenTable DinerBerkshire •1 review4.0Dined on Jul 20, 2024Went to cilantro with my Chinese partner and her Chinese friend, food was very good and priced well. The restaurant was clean tidy and nicely decorated and it felt like a fine dining experience. However the reason I am spending the time writing this is not for any of the above. Its because the waitress on the night did more to make my partner feel welcome than any other person has in the 2 years she has lived in the uk. She even went so far as to converse with her in mandarin. It's no exaggeration to say we will remember the service we received probably for the rest of our lives and use it as a benchmark with which to measure service in the future. To round this off, I would like to say thank you to cilantro for a lovely evening, and a massive thank you to the waitress who served us, thank you very much.More infoCilantroPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Reading•4.8
