- MMaiaSan Diego •22 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFriend and I visited for the Thanksgiving prix fixe dinner. It was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the lamb shank, beef filet, and added the sweet potatoes. Our onion soup and blackened shrimp appetizer choices were delicious. The pumpkin cake and apple pastry desserts were so good. The overall standout was definitely the lamb shank. Unbelievably delicious. The wine list is incredible and we complemented dinner with a lovely Napa Cabernet. The service was excellent and absolutely what you would expect. Bill, was a delight and even took a few photos of us for my visiting friend. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving!More infoMister A'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Downtown•4.9
- MMichaelSan Diego •50 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWonderful! Outstanding menu and food. We are outside under the awning and heat lamp due to having our dog along. Totally comfortable. The 4 of us all loved our Caesars and mains: beef bourgnoin, duck, and the small mignon filets. The profiteroles were amazing.More infoParc Bistro-BrasseriePrice: Moderate• French• Banker's Hill•4.8
- FFionaSan Diego •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe ordered the cauliflower appetizer to share and it was delicious I wasn’t a fan of the cheese (mixed on)I believe it was a feta but not sure. Everyone else liked it. I had the duck entree and requested it cooked medium well and it was perfect! The bananas foster is killer good as is the crème brûlée!!!More infoThe Smoking Goat RestaurantPrice: Moderate• French American• North Park•4.8
- TTeresaSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 11, 2024Unpretentious with casual ambiance. Server was fantastic, exuded upbeat & engaging energy throughout our dining experience. I never felt rushed. My reservation changed from 2, 4,5 back to 2 - the host was unbothered each time & more than accommodating to update the number of guests ( a portion of the party had a fender bender while en route). The smoked salmon tartine deconstructed was excellent - the salmon was delicious & buttery! French onion soup stock was rich and comforting. The blood orange spritzers with a sprig of rosemary was served in a healthy glass & complimented my afternoon break from reality!More infoLittle FrenchiePrice: Moderate• French• Coronado•4.7
