- EEdwardWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFew places exceed expectations set for a newer restaurant but this was my experience on my first dinner at La Grande Boucherie. Filled to capacity for Thanksgiving, the service didn't suffer, the wine list well matched to the menu, and the food was perfectly prepared. The steak melts in your mouth, the French onion soup better than Paris, and oysters fresh, plump, and perfectly chilled. Outstanding. But nothing prepares you for the breathtaking ambiance! The sweeping staircase, magnificent Beaux Arts interior- you might think you're in Paris!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.5
- DDavidWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe ate our Thanksgiving dinner at 2941 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The fixed price of $110 per person made for an expensive family dinner which may not be the case for the a la carte menu, so we will have to see on another occasion if the price fits the food. Nonetheless we all enjoyed a fine Thanksgiving meal and recommend 2941 to anyone looking for a memorable occasion with delicious food in a lovely venue.More info2941 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French American• Falls Church•4.8
- JJamesWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe've been enjoying L'Auberge's unparalleled hospitality and wonderful food since the early 1980s. It's truly wonderful to know that some things in life remain constant. Our Thanksgiving/Birthday experience shone with the excellent menu--the Beef Wellington was a piece of art; the Thanksgiving Turkey special was indeed special. I know we'll continue to visit far into the future, so long as they'll have us, as there is just no equal in the entire DC area.More infoL'Auberge Chez FrancoisPrice: Very Expensive• French• Great Falls•4.9

- JJudithWashington, D.C. Area •14 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 12, 2024We greatly appreciated the consideration of the staff. The walk to our table for two, both of us elderly and using canes, was difficult. The young host was apologetic and, unbidden, took the price of our soft drinks off the bill. We waited a bit long for our meals, but to be fair, it appeared that many dinners arrived at once. The food, a smash burger, and the salmon en croute, was very good.More infoParc de VillePrice: Expensive• French• Fairfax•4.1
