I had dinner yesterday at the Boosthaus Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and well cared for throughout the meal. As for the food, it was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef’s creativity and attention to quality. The ingredients were fresh, and the menu offered a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. We spent a lovely anniversary lunch here. Very accomodating to our infant son. We enjoyed a perfectly grilled flank steak aswell as venison. The leaf spinach side was a highlight.

The experience started on a slightly awkward note with the front-of-house staff. Both ladies were not very welcoming, and perhaps due to a language barrier, one of them assumed I didn’t have a reservation without even checking. That said once seated I had the best waiter I could ask for! the food was absolutely outstanding. The tartare and fillet were exceptional, and the wine selection was impressive. The sommelier and the waiter truly elevated the experience. The sommelier was friendly and highly knowledgeable, while the waiter was clearly passionate about his work and delivered impeccable service. Their professionalism more than made up for the initial hiccup with the reception staff. Overall Food AMAZING, service AMAZING. I will go back when I am next in Hamburg. Thank you
