Excellent Indian food-- some dishes less traditional than at other NYC restaurants, but not contrived. Welcoming service and pleasant ambiance.

Took a while to receive our food, but when we did it was very good. We came here to celebrate a family birthday, and had to wait quite a while to receive our special dessert and candle thing. After we had seen another table get theirs. We ordered a second paratha, but by the time it came we had finished our food. That said, it was a pleasant dining experience and I would happily return.
