Best International Restaurants in Long Branch

We came in somewhat skeptical after feeling underwhelmed with Alobar and Alouette but Alo impressed on all fronts. Alo had incredibly friendly and effective serving staff and noise was kept to a comfortable conversational volume. The food was incredible and service was timed impeccably so you never felt that you were waiting nor rushed. There were zero misses with the plates and at least half of them will go down as all time favourites for myself. The seafood dishes in particular (of which there were many) were well balanced with exceptionally high quality ingredients. 10/10 I plan on going again in the future.

A wonderful venue for a special occasion! The food was great, there was so many different things to try. The service is outstanding! Although the cost for brunch is a little on the pricier side, the Old Mill Toronto is worth the splurge for those very special occasions! We all enjoyed ourselves immensely!😊

Food was good- integrated and balanced flavours. We got the Grilled Halloumi, Lamb Croquette, Wagyu Carpaccio, Sea bream, fries and Grilled beets (very good). Service was great- Michelin worthy for sure. Accidently dropped my napkin and the server immediately picked it up and gave me a new one, water always refilled and orders came out reasonably quick. Ambience was lovely- not too loud. Has an open kitchen which is always nice and entertaining in itself.

We had an incredible experience at Enigma. From start to finish we were greeted with incredible service and friendly staff. The food was incredible with lots of complexity and beautiful presentation. Simply put, the food was art on a plate. We will definitely be returning. Thank you chef and team for a memorable evening!

We finally tried Alo after hearing much great things. We sat at “The Bar at Alo” for a St-Valentines fixed menu. The Service was outstanding from all staff and the food / cocktails were indeed deserving of their Michelin Star. Ambiance and decor in the bar area was a bit dark for our taste. I found the prices to be a bit steep, but not outside the norm at this level. The wine pairing was interesting and will get two of their featured bottles. However, I wonder why they chose to feature a US bottle in their pairing at this particular time. Overall great experience, will likely try their main dining area in the near future.
