Every dish was completely nailed-on. Utterly delicious, adventurous and classy cooking, served by stylish, knowledgable, engaging and engaged staff. Cracking wine list - whites served from magnums?! Wonderful! I had heard from friends and colleagues that this was going to be good, and what had promised to be excellent was over-delivered on at every point.
