Best Italian Restaurants in Escondido

It was a Sunday evening at 5:45pm and the restaurant was PACKED. After enjoying a sumptuous Italian meal, I can understand why. It started with Rosina coming by our table to tell us about the specials for the evening. My partner had the special ravioli and it was incredible. My entry was also excellent, flavorful and fresh. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The table next to us told us that they come here three times a month. That also says something for their food. We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu!

Service was excellent n paid enough attention to us…overall it was a good even inning. G to return here.

Firenze is my favorite Italian restaurant. The food is delicious and the wait staff are attentive but not pushy. The inside atmosphere is warm and intimate. The outside patio is a pleasure during the summer months. Try the lobster ravioli - yummy!!

RSF Gem! It was busier/louder than usual bc it was Valentine’s Day. Great V-Day Prix Fixe Menu choices - which is why we chose to dine here. Both meals were perfectly cooked - lobster tail with risotto & string beans and filet mignon with potato gratin & asparagus. N&G’s is our go to for a filet over Ruth’s or newcomer “48” and never disappoints. We ordered bread pudding off their regular menu after seeing it a nearby table and it was unbelievable. Our friendly server, Diego, provided excellent service. Their regular menu is great too - we’re big fans of the short ribs and scallops. Highly recommend dining at N&G’s - one of our favorites for a great overall dining experience.

Perfect place for a low key date night. Arguably the best pizza on the coast highway. Salads are huge and tasty. Servers are friendly and professional.
