They have a big menu with lots of choices but I always get the Rib-eye steak. Its the best I’ve had on island and i think I have had them all. The beet salad is delicious! We had the special fish which was moist, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was a preparation I wouldn’t normally choose, but I’m trying to eat healthier and normally lentils with vegetables wouldn’t be my “go to”, but this was so flavorful and satisfying. We also had the ribeye special with the herbed butter. Again, a dish cooked perfectly with wonderful flavors. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever enjoyed! Noah, checked in on us and our meal and was quite engaging and very fun. We enjoyed our meal and the beautiful ambiance of Traverna. It’s not to be missed when on Maui and we will be back soon! The food was spectacular, and the service was world-class. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we lost track of time and were the last party to leave. Not once, did the team rush us out or make us feel uncomfortable.
