Executive Chef Domenic Tudda spent his childhood years learning of Italian cuisine while his family owned and operated Stromboli's restaurant in Calgary. My wife and I went for a date night recently and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. As we are more adventurous eaters we chose the 5 course chef's choice tasting menu. Everything we had, from Sablefish, to Lobster Ravioli and Tenderloin was perfectly cooked. The husband and wife team running the show were both excellent in their roles. The husband running the front of house hosting, bartending, serving, while his wife was preparing the amazing food and bringing it to the table. Highly recommend.
