- TTimVIPSan Diego •97 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was outstanding. We had the bone marrow surf and turf which is reason to come back. Wonderful and I highly recommend. Then we split the 1/2 pound king crab scampi and 20 oz bone in ribeye and mascarpone creamed spinach. Ordered the ribeye medium rare and was a bit over but not enough to send back as it was very flavorful. Spinach was delicious. Service was a bit of a disappointment. My wife’s cocktail had a string in it. Seemed like it was an inconvenience for our server when brought to his attention. Took way too long long for a remake and he made the comment about is it better without the string. All in all I will revisit because the bone marrow was awesome.More infoCaramella - Planet HollywoodPrice: Expensive• Italian• The Strip•4.6
- SSeanDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat experience! We were seated overlooking Flamingo and the Strip where we caught some of the Bellagio water show during our meal. We ordered a red Sangria and Giada-Rita to start things off (and ordered another Sangria before we were done). We shared the Meatball/Orzo appetizer which was very tasty, and then two pasta dishes (a lemon/zucchini with shrimp, and a cannelloni with short ribs) - both were excellent! We enjoyed our time at Giada and will return in future.More infoGiada - The Cromwell Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• The Strip•4.6

It didn’t match the elegant ambiance of the restaurant.More infoScarpetta - The Cosmopolitan of Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• The Strip•4.6
- KKris2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA coworker and I have come to Las Vegas for an annual conference, and this restaurant has become our special place that we go when the conference is over to celebrate all of our learning and further involvement with the organization. The menu is outstanding! We were craving the muscles, which we had on our last visit, but they had been replaced with a tuna tartare, that is absolutely out of this world! I could eat this stuff every day and twice a day on Sundays. Very delicious. Our pasta courses were the gnocchi and the pumpkin caramelle. The gnocchi was absolutely outstanding, probably the very lightest gnocchi I have ever eaten in my life! The caramel was OK, the pumpkin flavor is lovely and the accent with Sage is very smart, but this was a little too Thanksgiving issue for me. Very delicious, but Wish we would have selected something different. Our main course was the whole Branzino that we had with the red pepper and chili pesto. Our waiter, Christopher also brought us a side of the lemon and capers sauce, and both were fantastic. While we were told that eating, the whole fish rather than having them, filleted was the ideal best way to go, my colleague, and I were relieved that our amazing waiter offered to serve the fish for us, which was super helpful given that I am totally afraid of swallowing a tiny fish bone. I did not think I’d be able to handle dessert, but my coworker wanted to try the Crosta, and it was a fantastic idea. It’s a lightish kind of apple tart that came with a cinnamon flavored crème fraîche which absolutely was the highlight of the dish. This restaurant will go down in history for me as one of my favorite places to die in Las Vegas, and if you are taking a trip there, whether you are anywhere near to Caesar’s Palace or not, if you like Italian food and especially Italian seafood, you need to check out this place! - KKristinLas Vegas •5 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 3, 2025We checked out this new spot before our dinner reservations and we will definitely be back! There is a special drink menu that’s only available at the speakeasy and the vibe is VERY cool. It’s a small spot with a disco ball DJ booth but since we were the first people there that night, it was quieter than it might normally be. Bartender Eduardo was the best - so friendly and made great recommendations. On our way out we checked out the restaurant and patio overlooking the strip and we’ll for sure be eating there at some point. Love that this spot is helping PH get some groove back upstairs. (Open Table wouldn’t let me skip rating the food even though we didn’t eat any so I gave it 5 stars.)More infoSpeakeasy at Caramella - Planet HollywoodPrice: Moderate• Italian• The Strip•4.3
