After trying multiple Italian restaurants in Philly and being disappointed by almost every single one of them, I can tell this restaurant revived my taste for Italian food. The Mushroom Ravioli was well balanced, not salty at all, and looked good on the plate. Gnocchi in a red sauce was really good, the presentation was great, and the portion was huge . The tomato sauce was well balanced and consistent. Marco was amazing attentive and kind . This is a great restaurant to have dinner , and now I understand why it is always packed!

Always excellent! We shared 4 items: Meatballs- mixture of chicken & beef--lighter than air, very light tomato sauce Buratta-with peppers, tomatoes & fresh basil, a taste treat Lobster Ravioli-special-very light sauce on savory ravioli Veal Marsala- veal and vegetables in a fabulous, slightly sweet Marsala wine sauce The theme of the food is light; very flavorful but not too rich. Professional service, holiday decorations. A perfect Xmas eve dinner.

We were so pleased with our experience o Christmas Eve. They were very accommodating when we requested to move our reservation up by an hour. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our food was very well prepared, with service being attentive but not overwhelming. The sisters who served us were both lovely. The black squid I k pasta soecial had very large shrimp and tender pieces of poached lobster in a delectable cream sauce. For a new establishment, they handled the evening very well. We can't wait to go back again!

We went on Christmas Eve for drinks at the bar with friends and then a 5 course prix fixe dinner for 2. Both experiences were fabulous. Quality bartender and the table service team was top notch: professionally urgent, menu advice, flexible to small adjustments, on top of clearing and packaging to go, no time holes in waiting for food or drinks, EXCELLENT FOOD. I am embarrassed I lived in Philly for 21 years before coming here. I have been missing out. Will definitely be back.
