Best Japanese Restaurants in Emigration Canyon

This place is everything they say. Dustin, one of the managers, was attentive knowledgeable and walked us through the best things they had that were the best flavor and value. Josh our sushi chef made each item with delicate details. The flavor was out of this world. Can’t wait to come back. Def need to make reservations! Toro hand roll was delectable!

Excellent experience all around. Atmosphere is hip without being pretentious. Service from host, server and sushi chef was impeccable: attentive and inquisitive without being obtrusive. And the food was incredible. We sampled the shishito peppers, wonton tacos and spicy tuna crispy rice as well as the bluefin and salmon handrolls. All the fish was fresh and flavorful. Each item was right sized and tasty without being overly sauced. Will absolutely return.

Food was fantastic, cocktails were on point! Our server Rachel was excellent. Highly recommend the Inca Sunset roll, Wagyu Gyoza, Chaufa Fried Rice, and the Tokyo Flame to drink.

Anna was our chef and she was the best We have had there in years.. She did the appetizer shrimp at first which has not been done that way in last few times we have been there. The meats were done just right as was the shrimps and lobster. Plus, we had some kids there that had never been to Beni, and she entertained them very well.. Cudo's to her.

This place, the food, atmosphere, service is always great. Years of quality and good food.
