- TTinaVIPChicago / Illinois •44 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoTrade was a wonderful experience last night. The menu was an excellent presentation of Greek and mediterranean options done in a traditional yet unique way. Not every restaurant is capable of creating traditional dishes with a different twist, but Trade can. We had the octopus, the spanakopita and greek salad to share as starters. The portions are not big, but the value is in the ingredients that made each dish fresh and mouthwatering. They are common dishes in Greece but Trade elevates them. I could not wait to try the vegetarian moussaka. The dish was one I woke forget. Chefs did a beautiful job using herbs, lentils, eggplants, potatoes and the yummy bechamel sauce to create the wonderful flavours. My husband ordered the meatballs and they were filled with excellent flavor. My daughter ordered the falafel bowl that was a great dish if you are looking for a cold meal and veggie heavy. Her boyfriend ordered the chicken that he devoured without a morsel left. How did we even have room for dessert?? We ordered loukoumades that was enough for the table. traditional little yummy greek donuts with small scoops of vanilla ice cream dispersed among them Last but not least-excellent service!!!! Bravo!! I enjoyed the ambiance at Trade-it felt like a very special evening. Thank you to Trade and staffMore infoTradePrice: Expensive• Greek• Seaport•4.7

The food was wonderful and creative. We also enjoyed the Wine Symposium — a flight of very different wines from Crete. It was a really fun evening!!More infoKrasiPrice: Expensive• Greek• Back Bay•4.8

- WWendyGreater Boston •10 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 1, 2025We went there for the New Year's Day Buffet Brunch 2025. Usually, the food at the buffet is mediocre unless it is at a high-end hotel. Even then, the food can be hit or miss. However, the New Year's Day Buffet at the Marseille was very well executed. The beef steaks were a perfect medium rare. The salmon and the roasted chicken were tender and moist. The mussels were dressed well. There was a seafood section, raw oysters and clams, and extra-large shrimp. Service was attentive, and the atmosphere was festive. We had a good time. We will go back for dinner.More infoMarseillePrice: Expensive• French• South End•4.1
