Our server, Rodrigo, was a true gem. Trilingual, charismatic, and incredibly attentive, he made the evening even more special with his engaging personality and flawless service. He had a way of anticipating every need while adding a layer of joy and entertainment to the meal. Rodrigo is a true professional who elevates the dining experience. Now, on to the food—the highlight of the evening. As a former chef, I can confidently say this was one of the greatest culinary experiences of my life. The menu, crafted by the talented young chef Arthur from France, is nothing short of extraordinary. Arthur’s ability to merge classic French techniques with innovative, forward-thinking elements is pure genius.
