Our server (young girl w/great energy) & amazing manager (young guy w/great energy). Sorry, names forgotten, but not their hospitality and personal service. See you guys soon!More infoSalt & StonePrice: Expensive• Californian• Kenwood•4.6
- SSethVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was delicious -- can't beat the Anchovy Toast. Rose champagne was a great complement to the food. We sat outside, and the restaurant has a new completely covered outdoor parklet, and nice warm fire heaters -- really pleasant seating area. All staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.More infoThe Anchovy BarPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Western Addition•4.8
- GGary and AshleyVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •318 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTired of just OK food and service?! In the heart of downtown Napa, you’ll find SCALA . . . offering phenomenal food with stellar service, great energetic ambience (without being too loud) and counter seating at the full bar with all their menu offerings . . . not to mention front row/box seats at the Chef‘s counter overlooking the kitchen/crew and pizza oven ~ and don’t forget the oyster bar too . . . We’ve been more times than we care to admit (lol). Some of our favorites include . . . the Veal “Scala-ppini” marsala and mushroom sauce ($36) that will leave you wondering what you’ve been eating at other restaurants . . . to the Pork Chop Milanese lemon, capers and butter sauce ($32) that’s pounded flatter than a pancake, super moist with a slight crunch ~ Note: make sure to ask for extra sauce (on the side) as you’ll want to swim in it . . . we could keep going with the menu items, although we’ll end with their over the top Lasagna (classic) layered with bolognese and bechamel sauces ($32) and whatever you do, do not share or ask anyone if they’d like to try it, as you’ll never see it again.
